Hi, I'm Din.
Beyond Work is a quiet corner of the internet I keep for myself — a slow archive of the places, hotels, rooms, records, films and small moments I keep returning to. None of it is here to impress; it's here because it stayed with me.
I started it the way you start a notebook. A photograph I didn't want to lose. A hotel I couldn't stop thinking about. A song that followed me through a year. Slowly it grew into something between a scrapbook and a journal — part inspiration archive, part love letter to the things that make a life feel full.
I'm drawn to soft light and warm stone, to hotels that feel like someone's home, to old albums, long dinners, sleepy coastal towns and rooms with good windows. I notice architecture the way other people notice weather. I keep a list of sunsets.
This isn't a portfolio or a résumé. It's the version of me that lives outside of work — curious, a little nostalgic, quietly in love with beautiful things. If something here makes you want to book a flight, play an old record, or linger a little longer in your own day, then it's done what I hoped it would.
Thank you for being here, and for taking the time to look.
